It meets the requirements of IEC 60529-2013 “Degrees of protection provided by enclosure (IP code)” IPX3 and IPX4, Figure 5.
The spray nozzle is used to verify the protective performance of the enclosure for electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps under water spraying and splashing at degree IPX3 and IPX4.

This device is manufactured in accordance with IEC 60529, Figure 5. Equipped with a digital flowmeter and a handle-mounted pressure gauge, it enables IPX3/IPX4 hand-held spray testing when connected to a water pipe (to be provided by the user). By regulating the water supply flow, the system ensures that the spraying and splashing rate meets the standard requirements, allowing the specimen’s enclosure to be uniformly splashed from all directions.
