Product information:


The regenerative high-precision battery pack testing equipment is capable of testing various performance parameters of lithium-ion batteries, such as capacity, state of charge (SOC), overcharge, and over-discharge performance.

The system features high power, high efficiency, high precision, and high performance.

By adopting energy regeneration technology, it significantly reduces heat generation, power consumption, and operational costs.

 

System Architecture:


The equipment mainly consists of the host computer (upper controller), middle controller, DC/AC module, DC/DC module, lower controller, and data acquisition & processing system.

It can collect real-time data such as voltage, current, capacity, and energy for each individual cell. Optional temperature acquisition channels are available. All collected data are stored in a dedicated database, which supports data statistics, analysis, and report generation.
