Product information:
This equipment complies with the test requirements specified in GB2423.37-2006 (Environmental Testing for Electric and Electronic Products – Part 2: Test Methods – Test L: Sand and Dust Test, Test Lb).
Product Features:
1. The equipment adopts a walk-in modular structure. Inside the chamber, each of the four corners has a funnel, and the middle section uses a rotating dust brush mechanism, which sweeps dust into the side funnels.
2. The air inlet of the working chamber is equipped with a rotating sand feeding device to meet dust-blowing requirements.
3. The air circulation duct is equipped with a heating and dehumidification system.
4. The door is a double-opening type with observation windows, sealed with double-layer aging-resistant silicone rubber gaskets.
5. The outer shell and air duct are made of high-strength, double-sided galvanized steel plates with a powder-coated finish; the inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel; and the frame is constructed from 10# square steel tubing, treated for rust protection and spray-coated.
6. Temperature and humidity control are managed by an intelligent controller (with direct-reading humidity sensor and touchscreen interface).
