Hydraulic Vertical Shock Test System with Half-Sine Waveform Generator
Product Information:
This machine is mainly suitable for shock tests in the fields of electronic products, aerospace, ships, military industry, automotive parts, transportation, etc. By selecting different waveform generators, shock tests such as half-sine wave, post-peak sawtooth wave or square wave can be performed.
The equipment meets the test specifications of MIL-STD-202F, IEC-68-2-27, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-883E, etc.
Environmental requirements:
1. On-site temperature: 5℃~+28℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤28℃);
2. Relative humidity: ≤85%RH;
3. Air source: 0.5--0.8MPa
4. Power supply conditions: three-phase five-wire;
5. Voltage range: AC380V;
6. Allowable frequency fluctuation range: (50±0.5)Hz;
7. The grounding resistance of the protective ground wire is less than 4Ω;
8. The user is required to configure an air or power switch of corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be used independently for this equipment.

1. Working platform: high-strength imported aluminum alloy working platform is adopted.
2. Lifting mechanism: hydraulic cylinder lifting and lowering.
3. Lifting height control: the lifting height is measured by the photoelectric encoder assembly installed on the base. The photoelectric encoder measurement has high precision, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and ensures the repeatability of the shock.
4. Braking system: pneumatic braking strong friction brake anti-secondary shock braking function is adopted to prevent secondary rebound
5. Buffer system: effectively reduce the shock force of the shock test on the ground, and a self-buffering system is designed, which consists of a base, a damper, and an airbag.
