To address the rising global demand for higher safety and durability requirements in electric vehicle charging connectors and industrial plug accessories, our company is proud to announce the launch of the Non-Rewireable Accessories Mechanical Strength Flexing Testing Apparatus. Designed in full accordance with IEC 62196-1:2022 and IEC 60309-1:2012, the new system provides a comprehensive solution for mechanical load and flexing endurance testing of EV plugs, socket-outlets, couplers, and other non-rewireable accessories.

This upgraded model focuses on improving testing accuracy, operational intelligence, and long-term stability. Equipped with a PLC-based intelligent control system and a 7-inch color touch interface, the apparatus uses a high-performance servo motor to provide precise control over flexing angle, motion speed, and test cycles. To simulate real-world operating conditions, the system integrates a built-in adjustable load power module, capable of supplying up to 250V phase voltage and up to AC 400A current during testing.
